About BL4 Tools

BL4 Tools is an independent, unofficial Borderlands 4 reference site published by The Sky Bringup, LLC. Its main tasks are allocating a build, finding a covered item’s drop source, preparing a boss route, and working through a PC problem in a reproducible order.

Why this toolkit exists

A farming question often needs more than an item name: you also need the encounter unlock, repeat route and relevant reward condition. A build needs a point allocation that another person can reopen. A troubleshooting step needs a way to tell whether it helped. The site connects those tasks through a small set of tools and guides.

• The Build Planner records ranks and equipped modifiers for six Vault Hunters, saves locally, and produces a share link.
• The gear database covers 18 selected items with individual effects, original source links and encounter routes.
• The boss guides combine the unlock, fight decisions and loot information for the encounters covered.
• The PC guides use official support steps and comparisons rather than unverified benchmark numbers.

Sources and checking

Official Gearbox/2K pages are the starting point for announcements, skills and published changes. Original player documentation can supply observed mechanics or item details that the official pages omit. A source check means the linked material was read; it does not mean this site played the encounter, redeemed a code, or tested a hardware configuration.

See the source and accuracy policy for how to interpret dated snapshots, drop percentages and missing data. Coverage is selective: the gear index is not a complete game database, and the planner is an allocation tool rather than a damage simulator.

Corrections

Send the page URL, the claim that differs, the game version and a source or reproduction to hi@skybringup.com (see the contact page). A screenshot of the item or skill card is particularly useful for level- and roll-dependent details. Do not include account credentials or private save files in an initial report.
